Ordered a custom hoodie with a front print. The hoodie itself is surprisingly soft and comfortable, but I was disappointed that the print had been put on at a noticeable angle. I called up to inform them of this and the first response I got was to offer a replacement free of charge, with the new one arriving just two working days later. This was amazing customer customer service and I will definitely be ordering with Landtees again. I was asked to send in photos of the error so they could make sure it doesn’t happen again.
