I ordered a “Big Bang Theory-Soft Kitty” shirt for a co worker who loves that show, as a special thank you gift for all her hard work. She really liked the shirt and wore it on T-shirt Friday. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and the design. I will definately shop again. I did not have any experience with the customer service as I did not email them with questions, but after rec’ving the item they want a review of their shirts and service so all I can say at this point is A++. The only not so biggie thing was the shipping time. It seemed to take a little longer than I expected, but its ok, not a problem at all.

This is a great company to do business with. On the 26 March 19, I placed an order with TSS for two personalised picture T-shirts with graphics and text to both. Very speedy delivery as the two T-shirts arrived four days later. Unfortunately the print on one of the T-shirts had a spec of the photo missing. On the Monday (1 April) I called customer services and the very kind and polite lady apologised and arranged for an immediate replacement, which, to my amazement, arrived the following day.The service from this company is excellent, as too are their products. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future for more personalised gifts. Thank you Landtees for your service to customers and quality of business.
