I ordered a personalised T-shirt for my daughter’s 10th Birthday. There was an imperfection in the artwork when it was delivered. I sent a photo and a brief email to the customer service department. They were very quick to respond and wanted to know how they could help. They offered to reprint the T-shirt which arrived in a couple of days. None of us get it right all the time however the Landtees sorted it out with no hassle and great customer service.

I purchased a shirt from Landtees. After a couple weeks, I received the shirt and was very disappointed. It was poorly printed and looked nothing like the advertisement. Landtees fixed this!! Within 24 hours of my phone call and email they advised me a new shirt was being printed and a week later i was advised it had been completed and was shipped. I just received my shirt about 3 days ago and it is fantastic!! This company cares about customers and I appreciate their fast response in fixing my problem.
