I ordered a medium shirt and when it arrives I was disappointed. It was way too small and had zero give in the fabric. I found it to be a little pricey at $35 ( for just a T-shirt) to do nothing about it so I contacted you guys. I mentioned my issue and a new one was sent right away and without the hassle of having to return the other. The new one arrived and it fits perfectly and the fabric has some give. I’m not sure if the first one was just a fluke in making process or what may have happened. Nevertheless, the customer service and the quality of the final product was great! Thank you!

Extremely good and quick service, the only issue I have and it may help others is that the printing on the “natural” bags comes up a bit darker than my image. Fortunately I only ordered 3 to see what they looked like, I then ordered more but lightened my images before uploading. That worked perfectly. Very pleased.
