What a great company. Had reservations about the delivery speed and how any complaints/queries would be handled due to the company being in Germany (I’m in UK), but from my first experience of them, I have found them to be amazing. I ordered 9 personalised t-shirts for my daughters birthday party. They arrived 2 days later!! Their service was so quick that about 3 hours after placing my order I discovered I needed to add another t-shirt to my order. As it was after 5pm, I e-mailed to check if I could add something else before dispatch. They e-mailed back the next morning to say unfortunately not as it was already on its way. It must be noted though that I did pay a small fortune for express delivery, but it certainly was express! Probably the most important point is my t-shirts are EXACTLY what I ordered and in fact exceeded my expectations. I have now ordered my additional t-shirt, although have decided against paying another £32 for delivery and have gone for the standard option. I’ll be interested to see how long this one takes to arrive (order no 14694583). I’ll update my review once it arrives.*** UPDATE Service was just as good with standard delivery. Personalised t-shirt ordered 6pm Thursday, I received a dispatch note Friday lunchtime and it arrived in the post Monday. Fantastic service and again, product exactly what was ordered. ***
