I placed an order for a tshirt late on Tuesday evening. I was to expect delivery within 4 days. I called the company mid morning on Wednesday to confirm delivery would be made by Saturday and explained I needed the top on Sunday for a fund raising event my 3 year old son was undertaking. Not only was the member of staff extremely friendly and helpful they amended delivery to express. I then received a notification email on Thursday morning from Royal Mail to say they had received my order and would be delivering this morning. At 9.30am on Thursday, less than 36 hrs after I placed my order I received it! Can’t thank you enough for your understanding and excellent service. Will definitely order again and share with family/friends. And to top it off I love the tshirt! ✋? xx
