In this day and age when great customer service is so important and so difficult to find, I am greatly impressed by The Landtees. I placed and order for a shirt this week and was in a bit of a hurry for it. I went so fast that I ordered the wrong size and the shirt that came could have housed a small family of pigmies. I emailed the company about the mistake I had made and just placed another order. Within the hour their super customer service team was on the phone to me arranging to have another shirt printed and sent out at no extra cost which just blew me away considering the mistake was mine. This was yesterday morning and this morning the shirt arrived in the post. I just couldn’t believe it. Amazing quality at amazing prices because the premium shirt, custom made, totally unique (trust me, lol) is excellent value for money. Add is exceptional customer service and it’s a recipe for success. I wish them all the best for the future!! I won’t be getting my gifts anywhere else now 🙂
