Incredibly simple to use the ordering system and to upload the picture, in my case for a clock. Communication from the company was good, including expected date of delivery which was actually a day earlier than expected. Clock was good along with the printing including the glossy finish, unexpected. Not only would I recommend them but am already working on a picture for a second clock.
