I ordered a dark green tee with some black printed fonts on, when I saw the preview on the site, it looks great and very visible. But when I received the actual tee, I quickly realised that the black fonts are not very visible because of the dark green background. I accepted that I may have picked the wrong colour mix, and I just wanted to give Landtees a feedback and also just to clarify the difference in preview and actual product received. To my surprise, Charlotte (customer service) apologised and ask me if I wanted a replacement, and suggested that I choose a different coloured font or tee colour. I chose Red instead then. And 4 days later, I received my replacement Tee. Quality of print and premium tee are very desirable and worth the price. Customer service wise, outstanding!! Thanks Charlotte and Landtees!!! Just to let you know I don’t do reviews unless it is really great or bad.. This one is definitely the positive one!!
