The printing is bright sharp and vivid. The templates for choosing your desired product and uploading your design are quite simply superb. Placed our order online late at night for a personalised bear for our grandson. Acknowledged the next day, and came well within the 5 day timescale we were expecting. We asked a question regarding the delivery carrier and had an email response straightaway. The bear wasn’t quite what we expected, as its joints didn’t work. Landtees sent out a replacement bear of our choosing and this arrived within 48 hours. They didn’t want us to send the original bear back. This is not Landtees’s fault, the bear has joints in the right places, but the arms and legs are not separate limbs, the skin (fur) is continuous over his whole body so the limbs will not articulate. This is down to the manufacturer, so I hope Landtees can deal with this direct to them, and sort the issue for future sales – it is a shame, as we searched for a long time for jointed bears which could be personalised. But Landtees still get the highest possible rating for their prompt despatch, and for their immediate response to a customer.

Bought a T shirt with a png image and only the image was printed with a clear background – excellent. Through my fault I did not realise that you had to cancel the word text at the design stage if you didn’t want any text with the image. Had to phone them and the order was promptly rectified. The sweatshirt is excellent quality – I would say that the sizing errs on the smaller size rather than larger size though they do give measurements on the website. Very pleased with the service and would order again – in fact I did!
