I’ve used this company twice now, the first was a personalised t shirt printing…perfect…the second was for some mouse mats. When the mouse mats arrived I was really disappointed with the colour, it just wasn’t right and not at all like my image. I contacted them and within a couple of days they sent a replacement, the colour still wasn’t exact but I didn’t complain as it was ok. I got home today and they’d sent me another set, this time they were perfect, they’d obviously realised that they weren’t 100% so had gone ahead and reprinted without me complaining. Really excellent customer service exceeding my expectations!! Would definitely recommend, no comparison over other companies I’ve used (vista print to name one!!)
