The color is good, the silk screening is good, the quality is excellent but I found that a smidge bit of residue from the printing got on the shirt where it doesn’t show…below the belt. I am actually wearing it right now! I looked at all the good reviews and most of the bad ones and I can only say they have great service as in making the product but I have not had any experience with their customer service department. I am thinking that it must be a room full of people that helps hundreds of people from many companies. So your scores of 1 or 2 are probably not the companies fault. It is the fault of the call center taking care of the after-sale service. My guess is that there is a breakdown in communications between the call center and Landtees. I have 40+ years in retail and wholesale and know what is happening. The call center probably has a quota of good responses so they don’t want to tell anyone about the bad ones.Landtees take heed. Beware of the call center because it is they that will ruin your company. In my lifetime I have seen customer service at it’s best and this is not.
