I ordered a baby sleep suit off the website…personalised it on the easy to use bit of the website…requested the saver option for delivery & it still arrived ahead of schedule…baby sleep suit is great quality too.my only slight gripe is that i would have liked to have made part of the personalisation stand out…i wanted to enlarge a word…but its a detail…perhaps this could be changed on the website in the future…i wont mark the star rating any lower than 5 as all round the service was good!

I ordered a personalised T-shirt for my daughter’s 10th Birthday. There was an imperfection in the artwork when it was delivered. I sent a photo and a brief email to the customer service department. They were very quick to respond and wanted to know how they could help. They offered to reprint the T-shirt which arrived in a couple of days.
