T-shirt quality is great and printing has come out really well. Design function on website is super easy to use and the shirt was dispatched in record time. Unfortunately due to an error on my part completing the delivery address (I assumed where it said ‘Deliver to:’ on the website form, they would automatically use my name but they didn’t (so make sure you put your name again). So the parcel never arrived but when I contacted them and we established the problem, they re-issued the shirt immediately and resent it without any issue. Really appreciated that and we got the shirt within 2 working days and in time for the gift giving presentation at work (the shirt was for a colleagues farewell). Will DEFINITELY use Landtees again.

Over the Xmas period I ordered 5 T-shirts and I received them before Xmas day to Spain. Unfortunately one of the T-shirts had broken in transit, which was disappointing but the packaging was more than adequate so the package must have been subject to some brutish handling. I contacted Landtees Customer Service and promptly received a reply, a replacement T-shirt was dispatched ASAP at no extra cost. I thoroughly recommend Landtees and would happily use them again!
