Online design service was easy to use (although I admit my design was very simple). Company messaged me almost immediately to say that the image was not good enough to produce a good result, and offered me the choice of proceeding anyway, or supplying a better quality image. They could have just continued regardless, and I would have been disappointed, but they didn’t – I was impressed with that. I sent a better image and my shirt arrived about 2 days later. It’s not bad quality, and £13.99 for a single custom-made article, I think that’s pretty good.
