Ordered a phone case for my partners birthday which unfortunately broke upon putting on to his phone. I emailed to explain what had happened and was emailed back within two minutes to appologise and say a replacement would be issued. I emailed at 11am on the 24th of november and recieved my replacement at 9am on the 25th of november. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service and i am very happy with my replacement.
