I rarely bother to give reviews but when I saw all the lame explanations for negative reviews i felt I had to add my positive review. I’ve been ordering from this company for about 7-8 years. The recipient of personalized new baby gifts has always been thrilled. I’ve probably ordered 15-20 times and never had any problems. I’ve ordered team shirt and I even have a shop. Love the service and the products. Regarding the review about the item getting stuck in customs and being assessed another $23.00, how is that the Company’s fault? I could say a lot more positive things but if I make the review too long, no one will read it.
